Product Description

The slotted casing used in oil exploration can prevent 99% of sand, reduce 80% of oil well maintenance, increase the strength of the oil well,Belonging to structural steel pipes, and maintain the integrity and stability of the sand. Meanwhile, laser cutting technology can make the slot smooth and precise. The structure of the slotted sleeve is a sample, but its work efficiency is very high.
Slotted pipe processing is the process of cutting tens of thousands of longitudinal cracks on high-strength steel bodies using cold or hot processing methods. The common specifications for cracks are: joint width of 0.153 millimeters, or even wider, gap length of 50-200 millimeters, cross-sectional types include rectangular, trapezoidal, special, and diverse, and there is also a circular groove screen with a hole size range of 5-20 millimeters, measured in meters. The cutting quality of slotted screen tube hole seams mainly depends on the accuracy of seam width, the uniformity of hole seam cross-sectional shape, the flatness of hole seam edges, and the corrosion resistance of hole seams

Straight groove - The groove passes through the inner and outer diameter walls of the pipe with equal width. When it is not important to specify the sand bridging at the groove, straight grooves are more wear-resistant than trapezoidal grooves at the joint, and the production cost is lower. The common applications of straight cut grooves are cold production wells, coalbed methane horizontal wells, and SAGD injection wells.
Joint trapezoidal groove - milled wider inside the pipeline and has self-cleaning function to help prevent blockage. The lining surface narrows and the interior widens, allowing incoming sand to easily pass through the groove without clogging

1. Our perforated pipe use J55/K55/N80 casing and tubings of API standard, with High overall strength, not so easy to deformation.

2. The edge of the slot is vertical, smooth, without burrs, and the slot is uniformity.
